Our Location can not be beat.  We are on US 1 South at exit 79 and less than 1 mile from Poe Ridge boat ramp at Jordan Lake!

Across the street from a gas station, grill, fishing bait and tackle store.  You can stock up on your supplies and fill up your gas tanks right next to our storage facility.  Brand new large indoor and out door storage for RVs, boats, contractors, cars, trailers, campers, household, and commercial. 

Big storage units have lights, 20 and 30 amp electric.  Plenty of clearance to pull in and out of the storage bays with 12×14 roll up doors.  Huge driveways for ease of access, entry and exit. 

Electronic gates, keypads, video surveillance and extra site lighting.  Paved driveways, much better than gravel driveways that can damage your expensive RVs and boats.  Personnel doors on end units for contractor storage access.

Can’t say enough good things about this place so here are a few: 1. Right off the highway so it is an easy drive from Raleigh/Cary/Apex with a gas station less than a mile away 2. Less than a mile from Poe’s Ridge boat ramp which stays somewhat open even on the busiest days 3. Great security with lights and barbed wire fence. Hard to notice if you don’t know what you’re looking for (I view this as a plus) 4. Great facility that is brand new and super clean 5. Staff quickly responds and everyone is extremely nice and helpful 6. An absolute bargain for what you are getting. After using the location for ~3 months, I can say that they could easily charge 2x-3x the rent and it would still be appropriately priced. Overall a great facility and will definitely be reaching out again if I buy another boat.

1st Class storage for my boat. Driveways are paved, units have power and efficient LED lighting inside and outside of the units. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Five Stars.

New, clean, spacious hardstand all around, right off US Rt 1, next to a diesel station, next to a dump station. This location has it all! AND, the staff and owners are super friendly! Can't say enough nice things about the place and the management!

Great facility. Fully enclosed with 30 amp & insulated roof. Although I’m new to the facility I don’t believe I’ll need to winterize. Once they have water it’ll be great. A dump station would’ve been a plus. Although a bit far from our home it’s convenient to the four lane highways and clear of any limbs/obstruction.
